From Princess to Starship Captain

 The Griwaldy Continuum Has Published!

The Viper Pit, which published for the first time in 2015. In November, 2025, I decided to write Regina's origin story, Starfire Ascending, and published it in December. Unfortunately, The Viper Pit was no longer consistent with her beginning. So, I rewrote The Viper Pit short story into a full novel, The Viper Pit—Expanded, and published it in January 2026. That rewrite led me to write the other stories, The Weight of Silence, The Griwaldy Accord, Half a Step Behind, and The Record of Judgement.

The Griwaldy Continuum is a collection of all six stories/books into one volume.

Blurb:

An imperial heir. A starship command. A court where every choice can become a weapon.

Regina Griwaldy was born to wear a crown. She would rather command a starship.

Determined to earn her place, she enters Fleet Academy with her royal identity concealed. Among the stars, she hopes to be judged by what she can do—not whose daughter she is.

But leaving the palace doesn’t mean escaping its reach.
From dangerous encounters on alien worlds to trouble aboard the Imperial Starship Morning Star, Regina discovers that courage can keep her alive without keeping her safe. Some threats arrive with weapons drawn. Others offer a seat at the table.

Dresnick, the engineer who can make her laugh when she most needs it, gives her something beyond duty to hold on to. Moira of House Britaca sees what others overlook—and understands the danger of standing close to power.

Regina will need them both. Because the farther she travels, the more she has to lose: her command, the people she trusts, and the right to choose her own future.

When duty demands obedience and conscience demands otherwise, how far will she go?

The Griwaldy Continuum collects Books Zero–Five of The Griwaldy Chronicles in one volume:
• Starfire Ascending
• The Viper Pit
• The Weight of Silence
• The Griwaldy Accord
• Half a Step Behind
• The Record of Judgement
